If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

FQ FRAGRANCE operates as an online marketplace that connects customers with independent, verified third-party sellers, brands, and manufacturers. Unless explicitly stated, FQ FRAGRANCE does not manufacture, own, store, or ship products.
2. Eligibility to Use the Platform
Users must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By using the Platform, you represent that you are legally competent to enter into binding contracts under applicable laws.

To access certain features, users may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
4. Seller Registration & Obligations
Sellers wishing to list products must undergo an internal verification process. Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of product information, pricing, inventory, quality, legality, and compliance with applicable laws.
5. Product Listings & Information
Product descriptions, images, prices, and claims are provided by sellers. While FQ FRAGRANCE may review listings for compliance, we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of seller-provided information.
6. Orders & Acceptance
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Order acceptance occurs only after confirmation and dispatch by the seller. FQ FRAGRANCE reserves the right to cancel or refuse orders due to availability issues, pricing errors, or suspected misuse.
7. Pricing & Payments
Prices are determined by sellers and may change without notice. Payments may be made via available online payment methods or Cash on Delivery (COD), subject to availability.
8. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping and delivery are handled by sellers or their logistics partners. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by couriers, weather, or external factors are beyond FQ FRAGRANCE’s control.
9. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Returns and refunds are governed by the Return & Refund Policy. Eligibility depends on seller policy, product category, and condition of the item.
10. User Conduct
Users agree not to misuse the Platform, engage in fraudulent activity, violate laws, post misleading information, or interfere with Platform operations.
11. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including text, logos, graphics, and software, is owned by or licensed to FQ FRAGRANCE. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

13. Limitation of Liability
FQ FRAGRANCE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including product quality issues, seller actions, or delivery failures.
14. Indemnification
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless FQ FRAGRANCE from claims arising out of misuse of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or seller/customer disputes.
15. Suspension & Termination
FQ FRAGRANCE reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts or listings that violate policies or laws, without prior notice.
16. Force Majeure
FQ FRAGRANCE shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or government actions.
17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Courts located in Uttarakhand shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
18. Changes to Terms
FQ FRAGRANCE reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
